Senior Legal Counsel

Mission

Manage, end-to-end, portfolios of tails (earnouts, escrows, retentions, installments, and contingent credits). Ensure optimal recoveries, mitigation of legal and operational risks, disciplined execution, agility in disputes/arbitrations, and robust governance—contributing directly to the expected returns of the Funds at exit.

• Financial recovery and legal-operational execution.
• Mitigation of legal, contractual, and accounting risks.
• Contingency management and pricing.
• Relationship and stakeholder management.
• Continuous improvement and process standardization.

Characteristics of the successful professional for this role:

• Strong legal expertise (M&A, contract analysis, arbitration and/or litigation).
• Analytical rigor, especially in quantifying and assessing contingencies vs. expected returns.
• Experience in litigation management (via partner law firms) and legal cost control.
• Excellent organizational skills, particularly with documentation and process discipline.

• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree (Law)
