Mission

Support Aqua Capital’s Human Capital strategy by ensuring operational excellence across all HR processes, including payroll, benefits, PWR, performance evaluation cycles, and employee lifecycle administration (admission to termination), guaranteeing compliance, accuracy, and a high-quality employee experience aligned with Aqua’s culture and governance standards.

Operational Accuracy & Compliance

Ensure flawless execution of HR operations processes, maintaining strict compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Process Reliability & Timeliness

Deliver all HR routines (payroll inputs, benefits management, performance cycles, onboarding and offboarding processes) within established deadlines and service levels.

Employee Experience & Confidentiality

Provide structured, responsive, and confidential support to employees and stakeholders, reinforcing Aqua’s high-performance and ethical culture.

Expected Results

1. Payroll & Benefits Operations Excellence

Ensure 100% accuracy of payroll inputs and validation prior to closing cycles.

Guarantee timely processing of monthly payroll routines, variable compensation inputs, and benefits administration.

Maintain full compliance with labor regulations and internal audit standards.


2. PWR & Performance Evaluation Cycle Support

Provide structured operational support for PWR and performance evaluation processes, ensuring system accuracy, deadlines adherence, and stakeholder alignment.

Monitor completion rates and ensure 100% participation within established timelines.

Support data consolidation and reporting for leadership review.


3. Employee Lifecycle Management (Admission to Termination)

Ensure all onboarding processes are executed before employee start date (contracts, documentation, system access, benefits enrollment).

Execute termination processes with precision, guaranteeing compliance, accurate calculations, and proper documentation.

Maintain updated and organized employee records with 100% data integrity.


4. HR Governance & Controls

Maintain updated HR databases and documentation controls.

Support internal and external audits by ensuring availability and organization of required documentation.

Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.


5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare recurring HR operational reports with accuracy and timeliness.

Identify process bottlenecks and propose at least 2 process improvements per year to enhance efficiency or employee experience.

Requisitos e qualificações

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excel proficiency.

High level of organization and ability to manage confidential information.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
